What’s included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes all class supplies needed for the experience, including raw butters, carrier oils, essential oils, and phthalate-free fragrances. We also provide PPE, a shelf-ready jar, and a custom label for your finished product. The experience is infused with hip-hop or pop Bingo, karaoke-style vibes, and hands-on instruction led by a cosmetic chemist.

Merchandise, catered food, and additional refreshments are available for purchase upon arrival.

How long is the class?

Classes run approximately 2 hours.

What should I wear?

Whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Think super casual, denim cuts, maxi dresses, or even sexy date-night attire—just come ready to have fun.

Age requirements

• Weekend daytime Bubble UP!! sessions: Teenagers are welcome.

• Late-night sessions: 18+ only, no exceptions.

• No babies or toddlers are permitted at any session.

Allergies & sensitivities

Please notify your cosmetic chemist or lab assistants if you have any allergies, including (but not limited to) nut allergies, coconut oil, or mango butter. Alternative ingredients will be provided when possible.

Waivers & check-in process

All participants must sign a waiver prior to class start to participate. Failure to sign the waiver will result in dismissal from the class and forfeiture of your class fee.

Late arrival policy

Late arrivals cannot be accommodated. If you arrive late, you will forfeit your class fee.

No product left behind 

Take every drop of the butter or soap wine, urban wicks wax, you create—nothing gets left behind.

Refunds & rescheduling

All sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds or reschedules under any circumstances.
